Eligibility settings control which users are able to book onto individual booking items.

By default, if you do not specify any eligibility rules for a booking item then it will be available to all users of the system with the permission to create bookings.

Each eligibility can be created and edited directly from the configuration section of each booking item.

Clicking the edit (pencil) icon next to eligibility in the configuration section of a booking item displays the detail of any rules that may have already been configured in the system to select from, or any rules that are already being applied to this booking item.

Clicking Create new rule takes you to the eligibility editor from where you can create a customised set of eligibility rules for this booking item.

Each eligibility can be made up of one or many rules, and nested within one another according to the logic you require when evaluating the eligibility rules.
